Custom Manufactured Conveyor Chain
Our sales partnerships with U.S. and Far East sources allow us to provide a complete line of both metallic and composite constructed roller chain based conveyor chains. We also manufacture our own wire formed style conveyor chain suitable for use in the food processing and printed circuit board manufacturing and soldering industries. However, these partnerships allow us to give you the most competitive prices possible while remaining a local source for custom manufactured chain.
Our standard 2¾-inch wide chain utilizes the same sprockets available for wide belt conveyor chains. Many customers use this in pairs for wider applications. Halcon conveyor chain can be manufactured in widths from 1 ¼ inches to 2 ¾ inches wide. Both applications are based on a pitch length of one half-inch.
The standard material for these chains is grade 304 or 316 stainless steel. However, all Hale Bros. manufactured chains can be supplied in a variety of materials. Application-specific attachments or pins can easily be added as secondary operations.
